Admittedly, I’m no Bible scholar + I certainly don’t know everything there is to know about God + Scripture! But I do know that Jesus didn’t call the religious leaders who knew the Bible like the back of their hands to be His 12 disciples. He chose fishermen… ordinary people who He charged with the mission to go out + make disciples of others.
