How He broke it down for them then through “the Lord’s Prayer” is how we have the ACTS method today…
needing something though (a bit) easier to understand than “adoration, confession, thanksgiving + supplication”…
we created this
adult + teen prayer journal
1 page for each day: Easy, clear + doable. While some days, each section will be chock full; other days, one word may suffice.
90 days: Since it takes an average of 66 days for a new behavior to become automatic, we’ve got enough pages to instill this discipline in our lives!
Pray it through: Once it’s filled it out, simply pray section-by-section, and watch how regularly praising God, thanking Him, recording your requests + coming clean changes your life.💛
